CHICKEN ROLLS

Bacon strips
Corned beef or smoked sliced beef
8 chicken breasts
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 large can cream of mushroom soup


Line bottom of casserole dish with beef slices. Cut breasts in halves and bone. Roll and wrap with bacon strips. Mix sour cream and soup. Pour over chicken and bake, uncovered at 275 degrees to 300 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Serve over or with rice.
