VANILLA ICE CREAM



Forever Family Vanilla Ice Cream

4 eggs

1/2 pint whipping cream

1 c. sugar

1/4 t. salt

2 T. vanilla*

2 cans sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand)

Dairy Milk (not 2% but whole milk) approx 1 1/2 qt.


Combine eggs, cream, sugar, salt and vanilla in bowl and mix thoroughly with a mixer. Add condensed milk and stir well. Add dairy milk and stir. Pour into 4 quart ice cream freezer and "go for it"...either with a hand crank or electricity depending on your energy level.

*(I always use the real thing not artificial vanilla)
