MAKE AHEAD MASHED POTATOES

Save yourself some stress this Thanksgiving.

2 ½ lb. bag of frozen mashed potatoes

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese

1 cup sour cream

2 tsp. garlic salt

2 T. butter

Warm potatoes until able to mash. Mix in remaining ingredients. Spoon into a lightly sprayed casserole dish. Cover and refrigerate until ready. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
