½ small onion, chopped
1 ½ cups water
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 16 oz. carton sour cream
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Brown ground beef and onion. Drain off fat. Dissolve bouillon cubes in warm water. Add to beef. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a simmer. Serve over rice or egg noodles.
