MY DAD'S CREPES

Blend:

1 1/2 cups milk

6 eggs

1 Tbs vanilla

¼ cup oil

2 tsp. almond extract


Add:

1 tsp. baking powder

dash of salt

1 Tbs sugar

1 ½ cups flour


Mix well. Strain if necessary. Cook in a heated crepe pan or rounded pan. Serve with butter and powdered sugar, sugar, or fruit.
